Be safe Rate covers up to 100% of the refund of your stay in the cases provided and includes free of charge a cancellation insurance for unexpected events, such as: flu, injury, hospitalization or natural disasters. Other than the cancellation insurance, from the day of check-in to the day of check-out the following guarantees are included: healthcare during your stay, luggage coverage, theft and roadside assistance. BeSafe Rate Cancellation Policy

The Be Safe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.

The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Taxes and service charges: 10% VAT is included. City tax are not included.

No credit card is required at the moment of the booking, for your comfort the transaction with your credit card is no longer managed by us but by the interbankary networks, according to the new European law PSD2 through SCA (Strong CustomerAuthentication) concerning payments with credit cards from 01/01/2021. You can confirm your reservation simply by filling up the form in our booking online with your personal data including your phone number and email address,you will receive automatically at the moment of your booking an email with the link to Nexi or Axerve e-commerce networks for the payment.

The number of people marked on the reservation in each room is the maximum number allowed to occupy the room. Therefore the children, although small, are considered as adults and they must be included in the maximum number of people allowed in each room booked.

• The cleaning of the apartment for stays of at least 7 nights will be carried our mid week. Whoever prefers the daily cleaning can book it separately.

• Consumption of water, electricity, heating/air conditioning and V.A.T.
• We have installed in the Reception of the Residence Kriss a dispenser to have always available natural and sparkling water purified and cool, so you will avoid to buy and carry bottles of water, contributing to a strong reduction of plastic emissions into the environment, the service is completely free of charge.
• Car parking
• Garage for motorbike and bicycles
• Equipped area for bicycles cleaning and maintenance
• WI-FI connection from each apartment
• Washing machine and equipped ironing area

• Continental Breakfast:
  A full breakfast is served at the table by our staff in the bar or under the veranda. You can choose among sweet cakes and croissant, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and orange juice. For those who love salty breakfast we offer you eggs, omelets, bacon, focaccia, cold cuts and cheeses. All served with coffee / milk big cappuccinos and/ or selection of tea.
• Italian Breakfast:
  The treatment with Italian Breakfast includes: Cappuccino or Tea or Espresso, a slice of focaccia or croissant, fresh squeezed orange juice.

City tax is not included in the price of your stay. An extra cost of € 1,00 per person per night will be applied (not for children within the age of 10 years and it's charged until a maximum of 10 consecutive nights). The tax is not applied for stays from November the 1stuntil February the 28th of every year. The city tax will be paid directly by our guests upon departure.
