FROM 30/03 TILL 26/06 AND FROM 05/09 TILL 12/10 Cancellations occurred until 7 days prior to arrival will not be charged. Cancellations afterthis limit and no-shows will be charged with the amount of the first night ofthe booking· FROM 27/06 TILL 04/09 Cancellations until 14 days prior to arrival will not be charged.

Cancellations from the 14th day until the arrival day will be charged with 30% of the total amount of the booking.

Conditions for post poned arrival or advance departure: the client, who arrives afterthe check-in day or leaves before the check-out day, will pay the total amountof the original booked stay.

City tax is not included in the price of your stay. An extra cost of € 1,00 per person per night will be applied ( not for children whithin  the age of 10 years and it's charged until a maximum of 10  consecutive nights ). The tax is not applied for stays from November the 1st until February the 28th of every year. The city tax will be paid directly by our guests upon departure.
