WINE TASTING AND VISIT THE vINEYARDS

In Bonassola men have drawn the elegant geometry of the terracing and the vineyards overlooking steep sunny slopes. Here stirs a fragrance of salt and must, here the vite with its roots absorbs the nourishment from the ground, fills up the grapes until a perfect growth. And the producted wine holds a verity full of emotions and certainty. The farmer, in this perfect environment, gives moments of rustic diligence, tradition and tousand-year old knowledge of cultivation. It’s the farmer the creator of the magnificent landscape in Bonassola and of every corner of Liguria, to be discovered hiking and tasting!

The tour starts from the Cellar in the hamlet San Giorgio, at an altitude of 400 meters overlooking the sea above Bonassola, with the visit at the biological vineyards, climbing a typical tiny path among houses and vegetable gardens. A special visit of various plots overlooking the sea where Davide explains you the type of plantation, culture and local history. Among the vineyards you discover the plantations of blackberries and biological raspberries, as well as a wonderfull bee yard with more than 300 thousand bees.

Davide will explain you about the rescue projects in his plots of land of ancient historical vineyards of the region At the end the group descendes with the visit of the cellar overlooking the sea and a tasting in the garden of the wines Vini Cà du Ferrà, with some seasonal products. 

The tours have a lenghts of about 2 hours and are available every day from April to October. It’s compulsory to wear sneakers or trekking shoes. It is suggested to wear a hat, sun glasses, solar cream.
