In order to shorten the times that separate to you from your next vacation, the Residence Kriss puts to disposition its apartments also for the weekends.
Special Week-End and short stays
Please enter the date of your stay, we will provide you a custom quote for your weekends in our Residence.
By completing the following form I consent to the use of my personal data only for provision of services I request, as set out in Italian data protection law 675/96.
Amenities included in the price
•Supply of bed linen and final cleaning
•Supply of towels.
•Daily cleaning of the apartament, excluding the kitchenette or the kitchen
•Consumption of water, electricity, heating/air conditioning and V.A.T.
•On request: baby cot (bed-linen included) high chair and baby bath.
•Car parking in our courtyard or garage
•Bicycles (mountain-bike).
•Motorbikes and bicycles garage.
•Equipped area for bicycles cleaning and maintenance
•WI.FI connection from each apartment.
•Fax service.
•Washing machine and equipped ironing area
•Sky Tv with the following enabled channels: Sky sport 1, Sky sport 2, Sky cinema 1,
Sky cinema 3, National Geographic, DeaKids, Marco Polo, History Channel.
•Decoder Sat (with Astra 19,2° EST and Eutelsat 13° - 250 Channels).
•Beach service (1 umbrella + 2 chairs in a private bathing establishment)
Excluding the bedsit for two person standard and the mansards for two person and the one for three/for person.
Lease terms
•Opening period of Residence: from 31st March to 6th October
•Check-in is expected after 2 p.m.
•Check-out is expected within 10 a.m.
•Confirmatory Deposit: 30% of the total cost of reserved stay, required at the moment of
confirmation of reservation. The balance must be paid at check-in. The reservation is
confirmed only after receiving of the deposit.
•We accept payments with Bancomat and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard,
Diners, American Express, etc...)
•In low season it is possible to stay also at Week-ends.
•During winter apartments in the Residence dependence are available.
•People's number pointed out for every bedsit is the maximum number allowed for the
occupation. Insofar your children, even if though young, they are considered as adults
and they must reenter in the maximum number of the people allowed for every reserved
bedsit.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the booking actually to 15 days before the expectation arrival will be returned the total amount of the deposit. In case of cancellation between the 14° day and the 7° day of the expectation arrival will be returned 50% of the versed deposit. Any reimbursement will be due if the cancellation happens among the 6° day and that fixed for the arrival or in case of no-show.
Conditions for postponed arrival or advance departure:
-the client, who arrives after the check-in day or leaves before the check-out day, will pay the total amount of the booked stay.
