Vacation Package Cuisine Class + Wine Tasting "A Taste of Liguria"

The opportunity to discover how your holiday can become the chance to taste and to know better which are the flavours of our region rich of old traditions, in fact the food products and the Ligurian wines are simple and natural, they are typical products from a land where sea and ground meet each other, to create unique dishes, which are famous all over the world. Now, you have the opportunity to cook them cook and you can recreate this dishes when you are at home.

DESCRIPTIONS:
A day dedicated to discover and to cook our traditions.
The daily programme:
Departure from the Residence Kriss at h. 9:30 with our shuttle bus direction "Agriturismo il Castagneto " in Castiglione Chiavarese. At h. 10:00 it takes place the "Cooking class of typical Ligurian dishes for foreigners": Pesto sauce, rabbit at the Ligurian style, stuffed vegetables, salty vegetable cake with chards and ricotta cheese.
The theoretical and practical course takes 2 hours and half and then there will be the tasting of what you create with water and wine included ( wine from Azienda Agricola PinoGino in Missano); during the cuisine class there is an English or German interpreter, you will receive a recipes' issue in your language, an apron with the logo of the Agriturismo and for free a little jar with salt to the herbs.
At the end we will drive you back to the Residence by our shuttle bus.

An afternoon dedicated to taste the Ligurian wines.
The afternoon:
Departure from the Residence Kriss by the minivan at 13:30, after 30 min you will reach the wine shop “U Fundu” in Sestri Levante, where take place the tasting “ A taste of Wine”, about 1 hour, you will guide in a voyage inside the gastronomy and wine tradition of Liguria.
You will get three different wines as well as our award winning Ligurian Olive oil accompanied by delicious nibbles, Ligurian of course. In just one hour, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about basic rules of wine-tasting, Ligurian food recipes, and how it is easy to combine wine with food. You will learn trough stories and demonstrations how rightly interwoven Ligurian culinary and wine are.
This experience trough:
- 3 wines from the best Ligurian producers
- a wine map of Liguria
- a taste of ligurian oliveoil and a sample of ligurian food
- fresh bread and water to clean your palate between tasting
At the end we will drive you back to the Residence.

Stay in a Bedsit for 2 people Comfort, from Saturday to Saturday, in the price it's included:
